<p>The ability to remove allergens and contaminants depends on the amount of air drawn through the filter. Factors that affect filter efficiency include fiber size, fiber density, airflow rate, and particle diameter. </p>
<p>Air filters may be centralized, in-home filtration systems or portable devices. When the air quality problems exist throughout the house, then a centralized filtration system is needed. Otherwise, portable cleaner may serve the purpose of air filtration.</p>
<p>There are fourr types of air filters, depending on specific needs. They are:</p>
<p>Mechanical Filters</p>
<p>These filters force air through a special screen that traps pollen, dust particulate, smoke and air-borne irritants and pet dander. The best example of this type of filters is HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter.</p>
<p>Gas Phase Filters</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are four basic types of noise control. They are sound insulation, sound absorption, vibration damping and vibration isolation. Each of these types of noise control work differently and are better suited for some situations than others.</p>
<p>The first type of noise control is sound insulation. This occurs when a solid barrier is introduced to a work space in an effort to mitigate the amount of noise and vibration inherent to that environment. This solid barrier helps reduce the reverberation of the offending sound waves by blocking them. The more difficult the solid barrier is to penetrate, the great its efficiency as a form of noise control will be. As a result, very dense materials such as concrete and steel are often used for this purpose.</p>
<p>Sound absorption is based on the premise that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Instead, it can only be converted into another form. With this form of noise control, the energy found in sound waves is simply transformed into heat. A reduction in noise is a natural by-product of this process because the conversion of sound wave energy into heat energy drastically reduces the amount of ambient noise left in the environment.</p>
<p>Not surprisingly, porous materials are the most effective choice for this process. Like a sponge, these materials are actually able to absorb the excess sound in the surrounding air. Therefore, highly permeable materials such as foam products are excellent for this type of application.</p>
<p>Vibration damping is used to control excess noise and vibration associated with solid surfaces, rather than from actual sound waves. This process works by extracting the vibrational energy from the surface material and converting it into heat energy. This method of noise control is similar to sound absorption in that it relies upon energy conversion rather than obstruction. However, like the other major forms of noise control, the primary purpose of employing vibration damping mechanisms is to minimize the impact of the unwanted noise and vibration on the surrounding environment.</p>
<p>Vibration isolation is the fourth form of noise control. As the name implies, this method involves protecting an area or its inhabitants from the source of the unwanted noise or vibration. Adding a physical barrier to the work space is the most common method of accomplishing this and can be quite effective as long as the barrier is able to adequately block the area to be protected from the source of the offending noise.</p>
<p>Depending on the dynamics of a particular work environment, one of these methods of noise control should help minimize the negative impact of excess noise and vibration.</p>

The liquid enters in the pump following a path near its axis which is rotating. After entry, its speed is quickened by the impeller, which leads to the fluid flowing in the outward direction. After entry into the diffuser, it makes an exit into the piping system downstream, and that&#8217;s why these pumps prove to be a great help due to the fact that they make larger discharges via smaller head.</p>
<p>The inspiration for the centrifugal pump is believed to have originated from a water lifting machine that was invented by the Italian engineer Francesco di Giorgio Martini, in 1475, that according to a Brazilian historian is thought to be the prototype of a pump that applies centrifugal force. The first true centrifugal pump was invented in 1600, by Denis Papin. However, Papin&#8217;s pump had straight vanes instead of curved ones, and centrifugal pumps began to have curved vanes no earlier than 1851, introduced by the British inventor John Appold.</p>
<p>A centrifugal pump functions by converting the moving force of kinetic energy, which is often a result of a rotating electric motor or turbine, to an heightened static liquid pressure. Bernoullui&#8217;s principle describes this action. As the pump impeller rotates, it imparts kinetic energy to the fluid as it is being drawn in from the impeller eye and is forced outward to the periphery. The fluids kinetic energy changes as it exits the impeller and is converted to static pressure due to the change in area the fluid experiences in the volute section. This static pressure occurs because the area the fluid experiences in the volute section is changed. One of the main factors for this is the volute shape of the pump casing or the vanes that are responsible for this conversion. The main purpose of the diffuse is to slow down the liquid and convert the kinetic energy into flow work and as a result, the pressure on the downstream side of the pump increases, causing flow.</p>
<p>Centrifugal pumps have their fair share of problems of course, including Erosion, Corrosion, Overheating Due to Low Flow, Leakage, and Surge, and thus they need to me regularly maintained. The Energy Usage of a centrifugal pump can be estimated quite easily, depending on the flow required, the height lifted, and the total length of the pipeline.</p>

<p>The most common conveyor is pulled along by a trolley type mechanism. The electric conveyors are made out of the same things that manual conveyors consist of. They are made like this because it is just as easy for a person to pull along the trolley as it is for a motor to do it by electricity.</p>
<p>There are also conveyors that can move more that one product at a time to different locations around a warehouse. Conveyors can come in handy outside fish markets because they help to transport fresh fish inside of warehouses so that they can be properly stored.</p>
<p>Loads that are on the conveyor belt can stop at different locations to be inspected and/or painted. This helps a lot to make sure that all the product is inspected properly and painted properly for the customer.
